results-wrenchlogo-0My main objective with starting personal training was to get stronger and to bulk up in time for snowmobile season, as I am an avid mountain rider where strength and endurance is vital. I started training with Reg about a year ago.

I started at 193lbs when Reg started me on a meal & workout plan. First things first Reg sat down with me and we figured out a plan that would accommodate my work schedule but would still keep me in line of our goal. Throughout the year, though there were definitely a few hurdles with a couple of riding injuries, Reg would always adjust my workout to not aggravate anything or set us back.

Eventually we got to where I wanted ...207lbs. I felt and feel better than I have in a long time and also am at the strongest I’ve ever been at 40 years old.

Our next phase is to lean out and switch things up. So far I’ve lost 5 lbs in three weeks.

Have you noticed the “we”? It’s definitely a team effort.

The main reason I love training with Reg is that he pushes you to the limit but also stresses and teaches clean lifting habits. Going to Wrench and working out with Reg, you certainly feel that you are not just another number. Reg gives personal attention 24/7, not just the 2 hours of personal training a week. Not everyone can say they enjoy going the Gym however with the fun easygoing atmosphere at Wrench it truly is a great experience. Not only have I gained knowledge and support from Reg, I have also gained a friend. Thanks Reg.
